"This is THE BEST PLACE in Cameroon. Star Land Douala and Yaoundé. Booked Yaounde after my experience in Douala. AMAZING. For a hotel not affiliated to a “world brand”, it is just EXCEPTIONAL. Means you can be local and BEAT GLOBAL BRANDS. I can NEVER go somewhere else in Cameroon. My family loved the place even more than me. Wait till you try their PILLOWS and great organic food. My gosh. "The description of the hotel on Expedia DID NOT SAY IT IS SO FAR OUT OF TOWN THAT TAXIS WONT EVEN COME HERE. This place is like Hotel California you can check in but u can never leave. It was like a prison. Leaving to go anywhere is an ordeal that requires finding a taxi long in advance. How this place doesn't offer a car service is ridiculous. It takes 45 mins to get into town.
