"Very nice property for business travelers. However, despite 5 stars, you may encounter certain (rather minor) issues with upkeep. For example, as some reviews already mentioned here on this site - problems with AC. It was too hot for me at 24 C in the middle of January , the problem became apparent only after midnight, and nothing helped like turning off the AC or opening the windows as hot air somehow continued to come in via ventilation. "Staff is fantastic, rooms are spacious and clean. staff really goes far to make you feel welcome. you working in lounge, they offer tea, we got complement desert when checking in, our cab driver card reader was broken, and hotel just paid my fare and put it on the room.

"The steam room did not work 1 day neither did the whirlpool. I had a massage which was excellent. The curtains in my room did not close properly and let light in and I found that disturbing as light keeps me awake. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and the food was tasty and good value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I will stay here again. "
