"Amazing hotel and staff. Our favorite 1 out of 6 on a 14 day trip. Top-notch. The only exception is the shower cap rule for the pool which was not consistently applied and made my 16 yr old feel targeted as a black teen girl when the white child played in all areas of the pool without being told they needed a hair cap until I informed the staff when we exited. And the hair stylist was amazing as well. My daughter gas never been happier with a salon hairdo. "

"Everything thing was amazing. The room was good and the breakfast lady was very nice. The only thing to note is there's two buildings in this hotel and the second building does not have an elevator. We booked the deluxe double room with sea view and it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so bringing the luggage to the room with no help was a difficult task. Thank you."
