"The house was very clean and had almost everything you need! There is a small living/dining room with a coffee table, a dining table and some chairs and a sleeper sofa. Kitchen is small but everything worked well. We liked the clean bathroom and shower. There are three beds in the bedroom. I wish there were a washer and a dryer. The best thing was that the house was so close to the beach! Richard was always very responsive and replied to my email promptly. Looking forward to coming back...

"We recently planned a weekend get-away to York and loved staying in this condo. It was spacious and well decorated with an incredibly convenient location. Jan was very accommodating and helpful, as well! For future renters, a few tips to make the most of your stay - 1) The condo is in a commercial building in the heart of the village, you enter next to the Wicked Good Ice Cream shop and take the elevator found to your right to the 3rd floor 2) Given it's location in the center of everything,...

"Across the street from the beach! Very clean. Only snag was we couldn’t get into the apartment when we got there and had a hard time getting ahold of someone. The code we were emailed wasn’t right. Other than that, perfect!"

"Great location and View. Nicely equipped. We did not have AC, so it was very very hot for the first night and most of day 2. The room AC’s don’t really cool the place beyond bedrooms. The washer and dryer closet has quite a smell but only when you open it. I cleaned the washer and that helped a bit."
