"Remember this is camping and not your typical hotel, so be prepared. We were in a heated tent which took a long time to heat up specially since the temperature in the valley was subzero all day. The reception did give us extra wool blankets so no complaints there. The view from the campsite of the various peaks is what makes the stay worth it. You will 5 min walk from some of the easy to moderate trails, so you can enjoy every moment of your stay. The restrooms and showers are shared but clean....

"We’ve stayed here many times and love it!! Cabin layout is perfect. Every convenience is provided with clear instructions on how to use everything. There are safety features also, such as active extinguisher in the kitchen. Couldn’t ask for a better host or more interesting cabin. "

"This place was very lovely and cozy and the location was stellar. We were only 30-45 mins from Yosemite Valley and very close to other trails much closer. The place was warm on arrival and the gas fireplace was actually impressively effective at emitting heat as well! The beds were incredibly comfortable and it was so nice that every room had blackout blinds. The place was spotless. Everything was pristinely clean. My only complaint would be that the microwave didn't work during our 3 day...

"This home was so comfortable. We had a great visit w/ Mama and baby bear sightings in the forest behind! We loved everything about it. The fold-out bed in the loft was counted as a bedroom, but no privacy/no door. We couldn't figure out how to pull the bed out either, so we shared the master downstairs. Minor inconvenience really. "
