"We had a great stay. Accommodation spot on and the breakfast was great. Didnt seem to be a good area to stay but was ok. Friendly reminders from local shop keepers to keep safe from pick pockets. Great for access to everywhere. We walked but plenty of buses. Would use again."

The staff immediately made it feel like a welcoming place, it was super clean and comfortable, and the location was walking distance to tons of restaurants and things to do. "Great location, nice design apart from the woman hanging over the bed. Free coffee and friendly check in. Noisy nightlife just below, but we knew that. Internal soundproofing could also be better. Mind you - public overnight parking in Bilbao is €21"

"Very cool little place in old town Bilbao. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The front desk was amazing and she let us leave our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Smaller rooms but a comfortable bed and everything was very clean."

"We were welcomed by Aldara and a trainee Asier who was very professional, pleasant and patient when we checked in with our group. He was able to give us 2 out of our 4 rooms early which we greatly appreciated. Rooms are clean, decent sized with sound proofed windows, coffee machine and a complimentary bottle of water. Air conditioner worked well. Location is great. Walking distance to many, shops and restaurants. My brother enjoyed the arcade game machine in the lobby. Traveled with my father who uses a wheelchair and the adapted room is a wet room so water gets everywhere in the bathroom, otherwise our stay was great "
