"Considering the apartments are in the midst of an ongoing war, it is impressive to see how the gated community has adapted to enforce curfew, have excellent facilities, restaurants and playgrounds on site. Great apartment, excellent shower, TV, comfy bed, washing machine, kettle all you need! "

"Property manager was nice and always available for any question I have. It was a very quiet and comfortable property with clean sheets, and the shower is wonderful. "This is a nice safe and quiet place to stay and it has all the amenities one would need."

"Nice location close to Kyiv international airport but in quiet area of big city Kyiv. Amazing look from the window to city night lights. Fridge, tea kettle and all necessary amenities like plates, cups, spoons and forks, and separate table available to have a breakfast or drink some vine with friend. Air-conditioned but it was not necessary to use in the night because we just left windows open to have fresh air."

"Ett trevligt hotell till ett mycket fördelaktigt pris! Vårt rum var en svit, med mycket gott om plats. På bottenvåningen finns en restaurang som är öppen dygnet runt, med traditionell arbetarmat, mycket god och ofattbart billig. Kaffet är gott. "It was (is) great. They were very helpful during the russian missile strikes by providing a shelter close by. The staff speak some english but will always use a translation app to communicate. The hotels restaurant is very upscale but very affordable. You can get a wonderful meal for less than 10 dollars(canadian)"

"Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. Also, the water temperature was varied a lot when taking a shower. The shower would start out warm and then changed to be freezing cold. Other than those few complaints, the staff were friendly, the rooms were kept very clean. Sheets and towels were changed out regularly. The room was modern. The kitchen had all of the standard amenities with new appliances. The bed wasn’t too hard and the pillows were comfortable. "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Premier Hotel Rus in Kyiv, and it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful — always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a lovely view of the city. The location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk from some of Kyiv’s most iconic sights, including St. Sophia’s Cathedral and Maidan Nezalezhnosti. There are also plenty of great cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. I’ll definitely be back."
