"This was just what I needed and more! I originally booked the McHugh house for the backyard to host a tea party for my 40th birthday. To my delight, I arrived to find a large dining room with a table which seated 12- the exact number of guests! It was such a lovely set up I switched to the inside. This worked out especially well because there was rain the day before the event and the ground was still damp. The house surprisingly had enough tea cups, saucers, and silverware for my group.
