"We loved our stay! We visited NOLA for a Taylor Swift concert. The hotel went all out with Swift themed happenings and little goodie bags. The entire staff was beyond friendly, even during a crazy rush of guests. Valet was soooo helpful, sweet and sprinkled with good humor. The vibe of the hotel was so cool! We missed breakfast on checkout day (by hours) and as I was making a coffee to go in the dining area, the staff member who does breakfast came over and gave my daughter fruit, cereal, milk, juice and a muffin.
