"Check in was easy, since I booked the hotel room through Hotels.com. The room was clean except the bathroom floor. It was waxy and our shoes slipped. I cleaned the floor myself with soap and water and that helped. We had ask the front desk to ask housekeeping for anything extra, like clean towels, extra kleenex and trash bags. "The staff were so friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The food and service in the restaraunt was amazing. The cleanliness was not that great. You can tell light surface cleaning is only done in the rooms. The outlets covers were gross and had food on them. Dust all along the edges of the carpet against the walls. I guess this happens when house keeping uses a broom on carpet and not a vacuum. "

In my room the bath tile walls hadn't been cleaned recently and the headboards did not look very clean at all. Like they had been wiped with dirty rags or something.
