"Elevator was out the whole time of our stay. Had to use the staff elevator which was in poor condition. Then even the staff elevator was out. Manager was not accommodating - claimed he did not know. We were on the 5th floor (highest floor) so had to go down 10 flights of stairs - and the lights were out in the staircases. Had to use phone flashlights.
