" This was a treat to stay at. Joanna made our stay great. From the candys in the hallway, the room upgrade. The unit had a washer/dryer so it was nice to do laundry. Everyday there were little treats waiting for us when we got back to the room. As for the area its on one of the biggest party streets but the rooms were so soundproof we didnt hear anything. Will stay here again when we go back to Lisbon."

"The property was very clean, in a great location to walk around and see the city and the staff were very helpful when we needed them. The only 2 things I would suggest is to have a night table or 2 beside the beds so you can rest your things somewhere that isnt the floor and also for people coming from North America, we need air conditioning especially when it comes time to sleep. They did provide us with a fan to somewhat cool the room but it caused condensation on the windows and in the room...

"This hotel is my first one that I could not mention any thing that would make me uncomfortable or upset. It locates in the center of old city. Restaurants, shops, transportation, and the historic places are all in the walking distance. It is the first hotel that I would sing the praises to the receptionists. There are so knowledgeable, welcoming, supportive, respectful, and professional. Room was clean and warm. Breakfast was good. My stay was great."

"Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Lisbon. Our room overlooked Rossio Plaza and the subway line is only a block or two away. There are restaurants, shopping and sites all within walking distance (be forewarned of Lisbon’s hills!). We were greeted with pastries and port wine and the staff gave us sightseeing and restaurant suggestions. The breakfast was also good. The only suggestions I would give the hotel would be to install USB outlets in the rooms and a shelf in the shower. "
