1BR/1BA Garage Apartment available. Conveniently located in a quiet country setting close to Dresden, Coshocton and Zanesville. Lots of great hunting opportunities in the area. Full kitchen and laundry, flat screen TV with Directv. Whether you are on a work assignment, hunting trip or simply here to enjoy the area this is a peaceful place to stay. Owners live on the property. Wi-Fi is Verizon and is the best we can get where we live. If you are looking for perfect cell service and Wi-Fi you will not find it here!

County Getaway
April is a wonderfull hostess. This apartment was a perfect get-away in the country and very serene. It has everything one needs in a house/apartment and is close to Dresden and Zanesville for restocking of supplies. I'd stay here again!

This is a wonderful little property nestled away in the rolling pastures of south-eastern Ohio. I was between homes due to a work relocation and this was my temporary home for a month. Has all of the amenities one needs and very peaceful. April was a wonderful hostess and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to get away from it all and relax in country quiet.
