"The rooms are clean but really small. Bathroom was clean and nice hot water. We got a queen bed room and the room is basically the size of the queen bed 2ft on each side of the bed. The only way we could open a full size suitcase was to put it on the bed. Location is good. Its like a 2 minute walk to the Zanzibar ferry station.

"Nice hotel near the waterline in Stonetown. Charming rooms with old fashioned furniture. The staff was very nice and helpful and the sunset bar is definitely worth a visit. However, the rooms are really noisy, especially on Friday when they hired a DJ to play till 2AM."
