"The Neuhausen Erzgebirge area is absolutely beautiful and this home is perfect for those wanting a quiet peaceful stay. Very close to Seiffen with all of the nutcrackers, smoking men, and pyramids. Neuhausen has the greatest collection of nutcrackers at their museum and is a must see! The home though is very comfortable and spacious and clean...it is as advertised. There are steep steps leading up to the bedrooms, so if that is a concern, beware. Loved this place and our stay!"

"Wir fuhren als Familie von der Küste mit der Hoffnung auf Schnee in den Winterferien in das gemütliche Ferienhäuschen von Familie Flügel und wurden nicht enttäuscht! "Wir hatten viel Platz für unsere Familienfeier. Die Ausstattung in den Appartements war sehr schön. Der Gemeinschaftsraum war prima zu nutzen und die Küche mit der doppelten Ausstattung perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen. Das Wetter war sehr kühl und nass, so dass wir die Aussenanlage samt Grill und Feuerplatz nicht genutzt haben. "Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz. Allerdings fehlte uns der direkte Zugang zur Terrasse. Die Plastikmöbel dort luden aber auch nicht zum verweilen ein. Das war sehr schade, da wir wirklich wunderschönes Wetter hatten. Aber dies ist wohl dem Umstand zu Schulden, dass das Haus eher in einem Skigebiet liegt. "The hotel is beautiful, all the areas are clean. The staff was nice, helpful and fast. Everything is perfect except the soundproofing of the room. I've been woken up in the next room since 4:30. You can hear absolutely everything, including small noises such as the mobile phone charger being pulled out of the socket. Putting things on the table, etc..."

"A beautiful hotel in a beautiful area! Hardly easily accessible, but worth the climb into the Erzgebirge! Facilities all shiny and new; rooms very nice. I think, however, that they made a big mistake by setting up an electronic order menu in the restaurant. It’s just exactly like McDonald’s: you make your selections on an electronic board and pay at the board. Everything is ala carte. Then you take your beverages out of a cooler and grab a bottle opener. Tap beer, for some reason, still has to be ordered at the bar and paid in cash. Meals are delivered to the table on a plastic tray—- just likeMcDonalds. Way to ruin a rustic hotel experience!!!"

"I had a lovely stay here, couldnt fault the hotel at all! Yes as some have said the interior is a bit dated and theres no lift, but being 100% honest that never bothered me at all. I love the quirky layout inside and the fa t my room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfy and the food at brekkie was more than enough, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Iil was very impressed and would def stay again if in Litomerice"
