"The apartment I was given was clean, well equipped and had an amazing view…not sure if this ‘view’ is guaranteed so I will refrain from saying what the view was but you can guess. Couldn’t fault the accommodation we were placed in. Nice to see the apartment block had a quiet time (10pm till 6am) this was respected when we were there so we had 4 good night sleeps. "

"The place is great! Very close to the ski area, and if the weather is clear you can see the Matterhorn from your room if you're facing the mountain. The negative is that it is a long walk from anything other than the ski area. "

"We had a great stay at the Luna chalet. The distance up the hill was a little bit of a hike from the the city center but the view from the terrace was amazing and worth the little bit of an inconvenience of the location. we called for a taxi most of the time and that was easy to contact them. Plan on about 30 franks for the taxi fares. The apartment was very clean and had all of the accessories that we needed. We made our own breakfast a couple of mornings and all of the utensils were...

"Our family had an amazing stay. Fantastic view of the Matterhorn. Easy walk to town for dining and shopping. And a convenient bus stop in front of the property. Our host was extremely responsive to every question we had. The property was clean and beautifully decorated. Full and functional kitchen. Plenty of roomy common area for our family of 7. We hope to return one day. Would highly recommend the Chalet Ulysse! "

"I have spent 4 days 3 nights in the apartment with my husband for our honeymoon trip. It was so wonderful that we were upgraded to another floor with spectacular view of Matterhorn (haus nina). The apartment is very comfortable and sweet. Kitchen has all cooking utensils you need and there is a large oven, the pots for cheese fondue, meat fondue and raclette. Thanks again to staff from Zermatt holiday for pick up us in train station and kindly recommended a 3-day itinerary to us(Sadly I forgot...
