"Its an awesome Place to Stay! We were feeling like Home from the first step in! Perfect Place with Kids! Everyday different and delicious Breakfast. "The hotel is big and the room is comfortable and spacious. However, the main attraction which is the hot spring pool is under construction for the landscaping and the location of the hot and cool pools which is out in the open is questionable. The buffet breakfast and dinner is also of low quality."

"It has one of the best hot spring in the area. The location is on a place where there isn’t any of restaurants outside of the property. However, if you visit this place you will want to enjoy all the amenities within the property. By the way, all the amenities can still be enjoyed for free after you check out of your room"

"Overall, great experience! Check in process was seamless and they even recommended a driver to take us around Taitung which ended up to be an excellent experience! The room was new and clean. The bathroom shower could use a little update. The grout was a little moldy. It was nice the hotel has a laundry room. Washing is free and you pay $50NTD to dry your clothes. The breakfast has mostly Taiwanese food which was great for me but my son would have preferred some western options. However, given this is a local hotel it’s understandable. They offered guests free shuttle service to the train station which was great! Overall, highly recommend this hotel!"
