We were given some sparkling wine because of Expedia which wasn’t helpful because we don’t drink - and I think the hotel should replace this with another benefit for those who don’t drink. Hotel offered a free cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday which was great. We were given an upgrade to a nicer room. The room is spacious and comfortable. Balcony with a good swimming pool view and drapes which open and close automatically. Bathroom spacious and nice. ...

"This hotel is centrally located in Taipei, with convenient metro transportation to many scenic areas and shopping centers. About 10 min walking distance to the nearest metro station. On the top of that, the hotel offers free shuttle service to metro stations and some scenic (shopping) locations at scheduled times. The staff were very friendly, and very helpful. They help arrange daily trip and airport shuttle at very reasonable prices. The daily buffer breakfast was great! Highly recommend this...
