Ok, but can probably do better elsewhere.
This hotel is average. Clean, but average. The interior of the hotel is loud with echoes of every noise. Outside rooms will hear the street traffic, inside ones, the echoes. Not really any services or amenities. Probably would stay at another location in centro if visiting again. Close enough to the main street and services and restaurants, but would look for more comfort and amenities next time.

They put us in a room that couldn't reach the WiFi, so we were there for 2 days without it. Additionally, there were no hand towels and a bath mat provided, so water just splattered everywhere after every hand wash and shower. The facility is clean and the location is nice.

El cuarto no se parece al de las fotos, la taza del baño no tenia tapa, la cantidad de agua que salía de la regadera era muy poca así que para bañarse teníamos que estar pegados a la pared. Las cajas de seguridad que hay en los cuartos no funcionan.

No tenían idea de la reservación. Me hicieron pagar , no obstante que ustedes me habían cobrado. Creo, que ustedes cuando piden los datos de la tarjeta de crédito deberían de especificar qué cubre su cobro. Uno se queda con la sensación del doble pago.
