"Overall is good, I would expect more based on the price. Housekeeping, room service and overall hospitality do a very good job. They do however need to upgrade their beds, they’re old and uncomfortable to sleep in. They could add a plus with a coffee machine and clothing iron in the rooms. I didn’t like the bracelet part; they require all clients to wear a bracelet but do not give it to you at check-in, which was kind of annoying for the security guard to ask me to go get it at 3am 2 days later...

"local staff were amazing and able to accommodate the youngest while identifying things for the teenagers to do there is a tour guide that operates off the property, Ramone, who deserves 10 stars just for how amazing he was taking us to Christ, the redeemer, the local botanical gardens and finally navigating Carnival activities at night kudos to a wonderful adventure"

"The receptionist that checked us in was rude & not ethical with check in protocol. A complaint was made to the managers & this was immediately corrected: efficiency on the part of hotel management . Things were put in place to make our stay enjoyable. Kudos to the hotel manager Ms. Valentino"

"It was a beautiful not glamorous but simple and very nice with large beds and a good sized room and bathroom....and very close to the beach. ....You can i.prove on the upkee of the sauna. The place was very dirty man. Either than that overall good"

"This place is excellent!!! The service was second to none in Brazil. Carlos, Andres, Louis a young man was a great host, especially for Americans traveling to Brazil. The only negative but it's actually a plus is the placement of the hotel which is far from the action but it is a good thing because its safe from the chaos. Security in the lobby around the clock which is essential in Brazil. The elevator also has a card security to which you can only go to your floor so it provides security and...

"Place was up to date, well maintained. It was far from the beaches where I usually stay. But I didn’t plan on any beaches my 3 days I spent here. Only complaint is my room had an awesome view of the lake but, there was a loose manhole cover in the road that I heard cars hitting all night. I couldn’t figure out where the noise was coming from until my last night. Not hotels fault but lost a lot of sleep from it. Overall hotel was great."

"I’m giving my rating based on price. The hotel could be amazing if they would just figure out a way to vent the bathrooms out. The rooms get so humid bc there are no fans in the bathroom that anything wet will never dry. It is a shame, bc the hotel seems to be renovated. Also the hotel has no contacts in the tourism business so if you want to do anything touristy, they have no clue."
