"The service is excellent. People at the front desk and the restaurant are very pleasant, helpful and always wear an accommodating smile. The hotel itself is old but very clean. The family room we got is surprisingly big. We did not have any trouble finding a space to open our baggages. The beds and blankets are comfortable. The only downside was the lack of airconditioning unit. While they have it installed, it’s not working while we were there. The room got hot despite having the fans on."

"Great hotel and very well located in downtown Zurich… only complaint would be the air temperature in the room… tried to program to 18 degrees and could not get cooler than 24."

"A bit away from downtown, so you will need to have food before heading back to the hotel. Quite near to bus stop/tram stop, and is about 15minutes away from downtown."
