Great hotel with friendly staff who helped with travel arrangements the following day.
Clean rooms with everything you need, tea and coffee making facilities and a fantastic breakfast. Perfect location to bars, cafe's and restaurants right behind the hotel with tram stops across the road if you wished to venture around.

Pros: The location of this hotel is the VERY BEST. The view from our window was unbeatable. Most places of interest are within walking distance. We could see fireworks from our window, it was such a treat!
Cons: Our initial room had an issue with the shower. It was very noisy at night with loud music from a near-by club going on until 3-4 am. So we had to move to a higher floor but still got sound pollution in the room. Daily cleaning was fine but not always thorough. It was not always easy to reach the front desk by phone located in the room. There were a few times when se had to give up after the 5th attempt.
Overall, it a very nice hotel and we would probably stay there again. Thank you for reading!
