Great property, with well furnished rooms and breakfast options.

I thought the breakfast was way to high (20 lbs.) and it was HORRIBLE--shriveled sausages, old old produce--really terrible. However the desk personnel were always friendly and very helpful. I didn't like the no daily cleaning and carrying your own toilet paper and towels upstairs. We were there during the Fringe Fest and WOW the prices were usury level high.

The staff are very polite and welcoming Breakfast variety is fantastic and tasty. This is my second time coming here, I really enjoyed my stay.

I think because we used Expedia we were put in a room below ground level.

For the money paid I expected a bit better. Steep steps into the hotel and then more steps down to get to lifts (not great with a lot of luggage). Rooms a bit tired and breakfastt was fine but would say a premier inn breakfast had more options. Great location just far too expensive for what it is.
