"The front desk staff was beyond excellent. Anna even helped me take our bags up to our room. They were very helpful each interaction and set this hotel apart on our trip. We missed the information that there is paid parking for £20 and instead paid for a spot close by for £13 but really wished we’d just parked at the hotel. It is very close to the castle, but there are A LOT of stairs to get there along with the Royal Mile. There are a lot of restaurants close by and souvenir shops as well."

"We were able to walk to all the main attractions; so convenient. The hotel is very new so everything was in perfect condition. "Fabulous stay in this brilliant location. About 50 metres from one of the exits to Waverley Station to the rear entrance of the hotel. The front entrance is beside the city tour bus stops and Princes Street is about 100 metres away. We checked in on-line however as we arrived early we wanted to drop our bags while we went out to explore Edinburgh. Unfortunately we had to wait in a queue for about 10 minutes as there were a lot of people checking in."
