"Great place to stay in terms of access to the city. It’s near a transportation hub so access to getting places is easy. Great restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the castle, royal mile, etc…. The place was modern in stylings. The flat was on the 3rd floor (there is no lift) which wasn’t really an issue for us and we liked the space and view. "

"It was very easy to arrive, public transport is 2 min walking distance, facilities are good, mattress, linen and towels were clean and staff is friendly (just not the girl that speaks Spanish, she is a little bit rude)."

"We couldn’t get in touch with the owner, and hand to contact Hotels.com to be able to get information about the check in. You’re really paying for the location with this place. It’s really close to everything including the old town, the castle and Princes street garden. But the kitchens smells bad, probably the fridge. The rooms smells like mold and I’m allergic… and there was some others hair all over the bathroom. I think what bothered us the most though was that there was absolutely NO HEAT....
