"Enjoyed our stay, the hotel was lovely, our queen room was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay and hotel staff friendly and polite. We had breakfast included in our room but unfortunately we didn’t make it (overslept in the comfy bed). Only slight downside was the heat in the room, far too warm. The room was like an oven when we first arrived so turned the heating off for the rest of the stay and opened the window, but it didn’t cool down. Also the bar was closed when we returned...

"Overall great stay when we pointed out that they had not left coffee and milk in the room it was sorted and given drinks in the bar which was great we also asked that shower gel be topped up needless to say this was not done but Ann the duty manager took it up and was really apologetic and gave us breakfast where Ann Marie was just like Ann really apologetic these two ladies really impressed me and the wife that we will be back again "

"Spent the day in Edinburgh and needed a place to stay, this place Falkirk turned out to be a real gem. Easy to find 30-40mins from Edinburgh. The room a large double was BIG and had loads of space. A great surpise. Nice clean and tidy slept like a baby, despite a party going on in the function room. Breakfast was great, cereals, tea coffee all available and the two breaks wife and I had were on point. Overall great value and I can truly say absolute bargain compared to what you’d pay for a...
