"The location is excellent - as is the Happy Hour and the breakfast. Parking was downstairs and really convenient and for only 1500¥ a night. On the downside the rooms are quite cosy and so happy we are small people with small suitcases."

"This Toyoko Inn has the same style and amenities as the others Ive stayed at. The presentation is a little different, but everything is there. For me this location was a little difficult because of the area. There were only two restaurants within walking distance and during my stay one of them was closed. The other, a sushi restaurant, was lovely and very close. The hotel does have a shuttle that runs regularly to and from the nearest station so make sure to take that because the walk is about...

"This hotel is very close to the train station as well as a Family Mart and 7Eleven. The food options in the are arent the fanciest if that is your thing, but there are good places to try tonkatsu or yakiniku etc. The hotel breakfast was also good. I was able to do laundry which was not expensive and the bed was probably the biggest Ive personally slept in in Japan. For this kind of hotel it was a very good deal."

"My room felt spacious enough for a solo traveler. Firm bed is my only minor gripe, but otherwise there is a good desk, plenty of space for luggage, bathroom has everything I need. There is a bit of rail sound from the rail transportation as it passes by. Lots of restaurant and food options at the station nearby, which is about a 5-10 minute walk. There is also a nice little park in between for some nice scenery. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff even with various requests for amenities and luggage delivery/transport services using my limited Japanese and google translate. Key return system is a bit tedious if just going out to the nearby convenience store but the staff is always there and they're very attentive so it's not a huge flaw. Bus stops right in front of the hotel entrance and there is one going opposite direction towards downtown with many good shopping and food places right across the street corner next to the convenience store. Cleaning is only once every 3 days but that's more than plenty. You are provided fresh towels outside your room every day and they helpfully empty your trash if you leave it out as well. Overall lovely experience and would return in the future for low cost comparable to AirBnB while providing far superior accommodation and service."
