"The property, staff and food were lovely. Unfortunately the heating isn't adjustable and it was a bit cold in the room. The shower fluctuated in power, with it not being much more than a trickle for some of the time."

"We had a very nicely renovated large room on the second floor of the main building, looking out onto the pedestrian High Street. A little noise from the party-goers, but got to sleep fine. Buffet breakfast was plentiful but nothing special, ie bacon overdone, cheap sausages and weak filtered coffee but nice croissant and pastries."

"We were welcomed on arrival & treated to x2 small bottles of Prosecco as it was my birthday. The room was comfortable & staff were friendly, accommodating & provided good advice re getting to nearby StoneHenge for the Winter Solstice. Thankyou !"

"Lovely rennovated and well maintained building, lovely room (106), lovely staff and lovely ambience. I booked an extra night and then will be back 29th. Not only is it better than anything locally with more little extras but the price is amazing. Coming back to the staff morning, afternoon or evening they were all lovely. From a two bag teapot for breakfast to a jug of water whilst I had a teams meeting to a little mince pie with my afternoon cuppa. A M A Z I N G! Please share this - you...

"Great stay, bathroom was cosy, toilet to close to radiator which was hot! Difficult to reach toilet roll holder which was tucked behind the toilet and hot radiator otherwise a lovely quiet room and good stay"

"I was In the old part and it needs updating badly. Excited when I saw a spa bath in my room but bath was worn around the plug area and not appealing so wasted. Toilet was stained with brown as old. Taps on sink worn and spun round a lot before water came out. "
