"Very quality hotel for the money we paid. No heating on in bathroom and no hot water . One night stay only room only , it was a clean bed and very nice staff to deal with but I would not recommend or return only good thing it was 5 mins from train station "

"Hotel great stay for the night. Arrived late but no problems getting checked in. The two members of staff I met were lovely upon check in and check out. The lady at check out gave me perfect directions to the tram. Hotel room was great, nothing more I needed. Bed comfortable and got a lovely nights sleep. Bathroom clean and no problems.
