"The reception staff were efficient and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom door was very stiff though and needed to be slammed to close. No lock on bathroom door. It's good we didn't need the window open as it was noisy at night."

"I can't say enough positive things about our stay at Hotel Indigo. The facilities were spotless, the amenities were excellent and the staff was superb. The breakfast was delicious, with an enormous amount of choices and the bar at Beau was the perfect place to have a drink after a busy day of sightseeing. We were walking distance to many sights and restaurants. The side road the hotel sits on was quiet, with charming church bells tolling every so often. I would absolutely stay here again and...

"Stayed for the Wells carnival - very convenient, lovely big clean room with all equipment - nice balcony, plenty of parking. Very orientated for Wookey Hole attraction, child friendly"

"Having booked a twin room, we ended up with a double bed and a not so comfortable double sofa bed rather than the twin singles we’d booked. Not impressed with the breakfast food either. However, couldn’t fault the staff. All helpful and polite. "
