"They were trying but the towels were thin, scratchy, and grey. The bedding was pilled. We were told there would be an electric kettle but none was provided. The A/C worked well. No instructions were given regarding procuring breakfast. We had to ask for the wifi password. There was hot water but not when we wanted to shower. The balcony was nice and the noise wasn't bad.
