The girl on reception found me a lovely room and helped me with the Hotels.com app cockup! I will be staying at this hotel every time I am near Sheffield from now on. The food in the restaurant was good and the service great. Big thumbs up from me, a regular traveler. Well done !"

"The room was basic, but it was spacious and clean and the price was fair. We appreciated the ample free parking after several nights fighting for (and paying a small fortune for) a parking spot for our rental car. We walked into the cute village of Retford (maybe a mile away) and had a drink and snack at Rondo Lounge which was a neat place. The breakfast at the Best Western was fine for the price and the staff was friendly. I recommend it if you are looking for a safe, clean place to sleep."

"1st time visit. Smooth check in, room a good size & very clean. Had a lovely evening meal from a menu with a good selection to choose from. Pre booked breakfast, which was very enjoyable and set me up for my drive home."
