"Nice hotel and decent transport links close to underground station. Stayed for 3 night and the room wasn’t made up at any point but I’m guessing that is perhaps standard. One disappointment was that the pillows were really uncomfortable to me. I asked if they had any softer pillows and they didn’t. "

"The price was reasonable, the breakfasts nutritious and tasty, good public transit options with U-Bahn, and quiet, generally comfortable, rooms.However, I had to change a room with a faulty door knob and the feather beds were too warm and hot even in the winter cold. "

"The hotel was in an excellant location and the tram stop directly ipposite the hotel making it easy to commute into the centre. There was some confusion at check in as the hotel advised we had 2 rooms booked but we only booked 1 room. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.The towels were changed daily.The breakfast was excellant we just had this 1 out of the 3 days we were there.If we visited aflgain we would be happy to stay here.It would be nice to have tea and coffee making...
