"A really good value room for a one night stay. It wasn't perfect but that's reflected in the price so overall fairly good. I couldn't get the sink to drain, and not all of the usb charging ports were working, but it was overall very clean and absolutely fine for a quick visit. Location was very central and close to the station but certainly not one of Sheffield's prettiest spots. "

"Booked last minute as we were let down by another booking the night before, but glad we found this place. Rooms were reasonably priced. Check in was so easy. The staff were very friendly. We liked the bar area with the pool table and tv screens. Beds were comfy. Rooms were large and clean. My only negative comment is the amount of condensation on the windows in one of our rooms meant you couldn’t see out the window to look at the view. I’d stay here again. :)"

Cons: I felt it was good but on the surface. There was many times I noticed dirt in the room and the corridors, stained carpet in the room, and a badly draining sink. "The Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Conveniently there’s a Starbucks onsite as well as a restaurant. Parking isn’t free during the week but free on the weekend. "

"My friend arrived in the room before me within 2 hours. She complained the room was so freezing. She requested the portable heater for the room. It took a while to delivered. It improved.the room temperature control was fault, sometimes it switched off by itself for I trains. Overall it’s nice room. "
