" Loved the food especially the moules mariniere, french fries and sauce,but had a nasty virus and cough so not much appetite, friendly guests, staff, and atmosphere on the ground floor in the bar and restaurant. What makes the 7 stars hotel unique is the architecture of the building adding to its character and history, and would be a great setting for an offbeat film. I disliked the Agatha Christie room immediately, found it creepy iand am still freaked out by the experience, I could not...

"Very good stay in a comfortable hotel. Service was great. Couple of things - I felt the dinner menu could be a little more extensive, the check out time of 10 am is a little early. But generally a great stay. Ps I should have mentioned this at check out but the sink plug in room 102 sticks closed 😎"

"Great place to stay. The only issue was a lot of noise throughout night with guests slamming doors but thats not really a reflection on the hotel its self. Clean and comfortable rooms, great selection at breakfast. Room cleaned daily. Great free parking onsite which is a bonus. Would book again and recomend"

"We had an amazing week, great sea view room, fabulous breakfast each day, we also ate there of an evening a couple of times and had sunday lunch and each time the food and service was excellent and great value for money. Lots of free parking and easy walking distance to the town centre. The staff were all friendly and approachable nothing was too much, all in all a great week."
