"This is a nice hotel right across the street from the beach. The room was just okay, but the staff was super friendly and efficient."

"Very helpful staff at reception, even went outside and met me at a crossroads for direction to car park which is under the hotel and secure. The car park is well signed. Restaurant closed permanently and only a coffee machine remains. Crisps and a few warm drinks (no fridge in reception) only thing available. Looked like plenty of options nearby though. Large comfortable room which was spotless apart. "

"Brilliant hotel and the reception staff are amazing especially for practicing my Spanish. The cleaners do an amazing job and the rooms are unreal. I did ask for a special request that wasn't granted but I think we got a free room upgrade which was an amazing room and a free bottle of wine with our VIP status. The restaurant wasn't great and I don't think I'll be back to the restaurant, but I will definitely stay in the hotel itself again if ever the opportunity arose for the right price."

"Easy stay, really close to the train station, can still walk to the old town easy enough! Felt really safe and my room was perfect for a solo traveler. Had my own bathroom, a big desk and black out shutters. It was a bit like being in a quiet university hall of residence sort of feel, but nicer! They had a dedicated study/work room downstairs with free coffee machine which was also a win! Would stay again! "

"In Bilbao for a conference, three nights. This was a convenient historical centre location close to taxis, two supermarkets, good place for breakfast, recently refurbished, clean, room made up every day. No reception: street door, lift to first floor, and room door, all opened with a code."
