"Excellent location right on the ocean and walkable to all the restaurants. The pool and chairs etc were also excellent. The hotel is quite dated and could use a refresh. There is no fridge in the rooms so be prepared to pick up a styrofoam cooler at the Oxxo! Staff were excellent here. We would stay again. "

"We’ve been to Boca de Iguanas many times before over a 35 year period because it has the best bodysurfing beach and we’ve eaten at the restaurant at Chantli Mare several times… it’s so good! This was our first stay at Chantli Mare and it was delightful… the staff, the room, the ambiance are all delightful. For our last dinner there, we asked Greg, their notable chef, to cook us a couple of lobsters in any way he thought appropriate and his preparations were fabulous! And they even let us plug in...
