"We booked the hotel for one night when our flight was delayed overnight. So, we were looking for something with reasonable price and breakfast included due to many flight cancellations that day. And this was a very good option. We booked it online through Expedia, so the process was nice and easy and when we arrived to the hotel a half an hour later and a lovely receptionist had everything ready for us. "Very enjoyable stay. The location is quite good with the tram very close by. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and a kettle for hot beverages with cups. Water machines are available each floor, and housekeeping is very good. The staff was very sincere and helpful and made sure my ride to the airport was promptly available. Overall very commendable. Would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Krakow."
