"We were attending a family event in the area so it was ideal location wise. Its pretty much your standard hotel, Christmas decor was coming down so there was a bare feel to the lobby on arrival. Had 2 rooms booked and there was one ready even though we arrived early. Rooms comfortable. Breakfast was included and was lovely, plenty to choose from. Had a drink and some food in the bar, it was fine, not a huge selection, bar was dead so didn't stay. All in all it was what we wanted and it didn't...

"An excellent location, especially when heading to Lansdowne Road / Aviva Stadium, or the RDS, but also a relatively short walk to the city, or right beside the local rail station. The hotel is in great condition, clean, well maintained and with helpful staff. I didn't try the buffet breakfast as the price seemed a little steep for it."

"Hotel is a bit old and in need of some upgrades. Service from the staff was great. Breakfast buffet was good, but there are better options just next/near the hotel. Location is excellent, within walking distance to Temple Bar where you'll find lots of pubs and dining options. St. Patrick's Cathedral is 15-20 min walk. Trinity College and museums are a 10 min walk."

"Hotel is in a GREAT central location for Dublin City center and sights like, temple bar, trinity college etc. recommend the hop on hop off bus services, goes past all the sights and each ticket is valid for 24 hours from purchase or you can upgrade for longer. Also recommend Murray’s bar next to the hotel. great food, Irish bands and Irish dancers. But you will probably need to book a table as it is popular!"

"This hotel is in the heart of the tourist area which makes it a perfect location for a quick trip to Dublin, however, it also means it is loud at night. During check-in, there was only one staff member who was fantastic but overwhelmed with people trying to get into their rooms. A second staff member at the desk would have made the process better. The room was small and plain but comfortable. "

"Very close to the airport, from the outside it looks ugly but in fact it is not. Inside is quite cosy and the room was ok. Consider if you're thinking about going to Dublin centre it is far away and expensive by taxi"
