"We were freezing in our room. We had been out in the rain all day and trying to warm up. When I went down to the front desk to ask if there was a trick to get the heat on, she told me they control the heat and it wasn't due to go on but she could put ours on earlier. I found this strange, especially when I'm the guest and if I'm cold, I want to be able to put my heat on."

"This property is magical! From the moment we drove up, we were in awe! We love the property’s Hailey and everything it has to offer. My husband and I had dinner at Preston’s and WOOOOOW!!!!! The steak was by far the best I’ve ever had, and I am a foodie! Everything was cooked to perfection! We also went to the spa, and it was the best and much needed r&r my husband and I could ask for! I can’t wait for us to return."
