"Staff were really lovely, providing food, despite my arriving late from a hospital visit when the kitchen was due to close. Super service. Bed was comfy. Shower ok and breakfast pancake machine always a winner. Secondary glazing very effective."

My son was invited to join a martial arts class when we checked in so he was pleased! We ordered food from the restaurant while he was in the class. "Perfect location as we were going to the Gateshouse Theatre, which was just a few minutes walk. We did eat there and the food was nice. The room was ideal for the evening, the only negative was we couldn't turn the radiator off or down. Staff throughout were very helpful and friendly. We would stay there again if we were in the area."

"I didn’t realised that immigrants are staying at that hotel. Kids are wondering around at the car park and playing. Security are all round. I didn’t expect security at the hotel. First when we enter bit worried. But later we are fine inside our room."
