"The property is very very close to Piazza San Marco., Small but comfortable rooms. Easy check in and check out, breakfast is offered for a price of $15 per person.. We chose to go out every morning and have a pastry and a cappuccino or something like that. We were disappointed that the bar that was advertised was closed as far as service goes. We ask the desk clerk one evening if we could get a drink at the bar and he’d had to call someone from another facility or another place at least to come....

"From the start it was 5 star quality customer service. They let us check in early and drop our luggage in the room so we could enjoy our day. The room was very clean. We used the provided house slippers and enjoyed the complimentary water and made tea using the kettle and tea bag provided. The concierge was very helpful. "I stayed one night at the hotel in Padua, looking back, I think I should have booked two or three, so that I could get a better experience of the Veneto. Parts of the hotel seemed like an escape room, because my bedroom was located towards the rear. I was told that I had to take two elevators to get to my room, as it was in the back of the hotel. Part of it was under refurbishment, so I had to take one elevator up, and go to the other side of the hotel (4 minutes walk through two hallways)...
