"I stay at The Adobe often, at least twice a year...usually in the fall or winter months when there is plenty of "storm watching" to do. The ocean view is spectacular, with the waves crashing on the rocks day and night. The path along the ocean shore goes for miles in both directions from the resort. Lots of little restaurants, shops, and specialty stores in nearby Yachats, Oregon. The staff is always awesome, and the restaurant on premises is top notch. Looking forward to my next stay already."

We should have been informed at the time we paid. On our last day at 8:15 am there was loud banging from upstairs we could hear saws screaming so loud I could not hear the TV. "

"We loved staying here! Was a gorgeous view from our room and even got to see some whales! Rooms are very sound proof and bed was nice. I understand the hotel is steps away from the salty ocean but there was rust especially on the sliding window frame, no big deal. "What an amazing place to stay. Located right on the harbor. Had an awesome balcony which was great to have coffee on in the morning. Everything you need, washer, dryer, and an additional half bath! Wanda at the desk was amazing. Super friendly and helpful with local recommendations. If we are ever back in Newport, this will be our go to place. "
