" The room was amazing. I rang up to try to upgrade but the manager assured me that we had a good room. And it felt like the best. For a standard room [rice we had a large ground floor room with an entrance to a patio and the lovely back garden. The staff were amazing and so helpful , and the breakfast and lunch were excellent."

"Avril offered us a real bed and breakfast experience, meaning we felt like we were invited to stay the night in her home. We had a long interesting chat in the morning. If people want more of a "quick-and-easy" hotel experience, perhaps this is not the place for you. The room was beautiful with view on the sea, the house was very nice: we felt like the time had stopped for a bit which is exactly what we were looking for. Many thanks Avril for making our stay so enjoyable. "

"Communication from Nick was 1st class, very good customer service. Have stayed a few times now. The studio i was in this time, waa clean and well presented. The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio. Not a huge problem, but a smart tv would be a good solution. "Absolutely fantastic - an incredibly beautiful property in a lovely quiet street. The room was so comfortable and beautifully decorated, with a fantastic bathroom. Breakfast, which you order the evening before, was absolutely delicious and Alison was a fantastic host. The building had a stunning front room for guests to use and was beautifully decorated throughout. Spacious, quiet, peaceful and welcoming.
