Harbor Hotel Provincetown
3.0 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (1003)
"Best parts: Mike who drove the van, and the location. Mike was the warmest, nicest person at the hotel. He embodied the welcoming spirit that I wished his colleagues had. He was so hospitable, kind, and helpful. Some of the women who worked at night were lovely as well. But during the day, I asked for help with a huge suitcase, and they said that they don't have anyone who works at the hotel who helps with bags. Harbor Hotel Provincetown
Awol
3.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (264)
"The hotel is out by the jetty and the marsh which great if you're looking to be close to nature. It is slightly more than a one mile walk to the business district of Commercial or Bradford. Not convenient in the dark at night unless you plan to taxi to/from. The beds are VERY low to the floor and it could be difficult for some to manage getting in and out. I enjoyed the location, the breakfast, the view, and the stores with fires each night. My one critique would be the hotel should add...

"A comfortable, quiet hotel in an ideal location with kind, welcoming staff ready to help you while also respecting your privacy. I stayed two different times in different rooms. Both had comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms with robes, small refrigerators, complimentary water bottles and logo totes. Check out the uppermost roof deck with its views of nearby rooftops and the sparkling waters of the harbor beyond, and in another direction, the Pilgrim Monument. It is a great spot to sit or lounge...

"Evolve cancelled the reservation the day I was to arrive - I was on hold with them for hours throughout the day - spoke to several different supervisors - was told a relocation expert from expedia would reach out - but they never did. Save yourself the aggravation and don't book if Evolve is the host. "
