"Best parts: Mike who drove the van, and the location. Mike was the warmest, nicest person at the hotel. He embodied the welcoming spirit that I wished his colleagues had. He was so hospitable, kind, and helpful. Some of the women who worked at night were lovely as well. But during the day, I asked for help with a huge suitcase, and they said that they don't have anyone who works at the hotel who helps with bags.
