"The hotel is very well located in the centre of Canterbury, only a couple of minutes walk from the cathedral, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Sanjeewa, who runs the hotel, was very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful during our stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. "We booked this property because we were traveling from the US with children and it had a pool. I was surprised there was no lift and we were on the 3rd floor, which was a bit difficult to navigate the winding staircase with our large luggage. The amenities were not exactly as described- there was no shampoo or conditioner, just a single pump that we were told could be used for hand soap, body soap, and shampoo.
