"Great place, especially for the kids to experience. The breakfast was amazing. For dinner, we ate the hotel and the food was delicious. The ONLY complaint is the key to get in/out of the unit. It's different. And at 10pm at night, after driving in the blizzard for 4 hours, was difficult to figure out. The staff was there to help!! "

"Staff is a little grumpy. They won't greet or smile at you when you pass by or enter and exit. Otherwise it's an excellent property with a very central location! Close to the major excursion bus stops of #5 & #6. Close to many bars and re$taraunts. Close to the pink bonus supermarket. Will definitely stay again. Rooms very warm and comfortable. Washrooms and shower were spotless clean. Free breakfast was a money saver and had enough variety to get you through to dinner. 10/10!"

"Thisnplace is walking distance to major attractions in Reykjavik. There are lits of shops and restaurants to choose from. Parking is everywhere, just depends in what you're willing to pay. We walked around all day so we used the parking garage. CityHub is a really nice place. I'm amazed how the space was used. The space is small, but it’s all we need since we're just there to sleep. "It was what was expected of a hostel type room. The property was a bit outdated and rooms were a bit stuffy temperature wise, but staff did try to make our stay comfortable. Washer and dryer machines were iffy, but the detergent was included at least. We came during the winter, during their off peak season, and they were in the middle of renovations, so I cant fault them for that. Overall it met our needs."

"This was a very nice hotel, we stayed here for our first night in Iceland. The reception was very helpful and nice, making check in easy. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only issue we had was the shower water temperature being wayyy too hot as the gauge seemed broken beforehand. We waited to see if the water would cool down after some time and it did not. The faucet ran very hot after that as well. "
