"We were booked in for 2 nights & experienced an issue with the room during the night. We raised it with staff next morning, who were helpful & moved us to another room."

"Overall the stay was good. The condition is the carpeting was pretty poor and the smell when you first entered the room was very “cleanser-esk”. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t care to use the mineral pools as they were in enclosed structures that were dark and humid. "

"A friendly welcome from the reception team. Apartment was a studio with kitchenette on the top floor. It was clean, spacious, had good amenities and was close to shops and restaurants. The view of Picton harbour from our balcony was absolutely amazing, we could’ve stayed there all day watching the works go by. One night was not long enough!"
