"I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The bedroom was incredible, with a comfortable bed that made me feel right at home. The food was delicious, and we also thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing massage they offered. After a long day of exploring, the service was truly exceptional. However, I must mention an issue I encountered during the night. I woke up feeling unwell and struggling to breathe due to the altitude. Fortunately, a kind gentleman from the front desk came to my aid. I wish I had remembered his name so I could express my gratitude and perhaps even leave a tip. He provided me with oxygen for almost an hour, offered me eucalyptus, and ensured that I felt much better before I headed to my room. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would give it a perfect 10 out of 10."

"Beautiful place to stay, conveniently located 10 minutes from Plaza de Armas on a small, one way street. Beds were on the firmer side if that’s what you like. The decor in the rooms and courtyard was so charming! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was diverse and tasty! Highly recommend 😁👍"

"This family run hotel is a real find. We received absolutely fantastic service. The hotel is central, making walking Cusco easy. Our room was spotless and the bed was remarkably comfortable. Breakfast is a real treat. The food is freshly prepared each day. We often needed only a snack for lunch given the size of the breakfast. On one of our days we left for a day trip at 4:30 am. A healthy bag lunch was provided and as we walked out the door, the owner checked to make sure we had our passports, as we would need then while on our excursion. By the end of our four night stay our hosts seemed more like good friends. We highly recommend Casa Cruz Verde. "
